These are lovely as they are, but I also like to melt my butter and use a basting brush to apply it to the potatoes.

I have been making these and they are super easy and taste great. I was out of garlic the other day so used garlic powder and it was still great. Will probably just use the garlic powder in the future. I also use much less butter than in the recipe.
