scancafe is reported to do high quality scanning at a low price point. The tradeoff is time, because they send the negs/photos to India, as well as risk. Still, I might give them a try.

It's not Spam, it's just commercial. Normally I don't endorse commercial sites through SU (especially those that just drop me on their Home Page), but I really dig these guys' work and prices. I'll definitely use them when I need them.
