- I don't get it , the www is world wide( obviously) & is not owned by the US so how can the USA judge over what happens to 'it' ?

- what is really great about this page is not just the article itself, but the comments as well. They are why I love the internet. Great stuff. Oh, and net neutrality = Basic Freedom of speach.
