I agree with brendon that this is a two way relationship, it's not just about what you can contribute to the job/company, it's also about what you'll get from it or how you'll benefit from doing this job (it's not just the money, it could be a lot of things like you'll continuously be learning, etc) BUT I believe negotiation should go right after and not before you even got the job. It's a great article! :)
