Cameronbic rated 11 days ago- Great software alternative for your mp3 player. I use it in my cheap-o Sansa player and it is a huge step up in the defualt software.

- Rockbox needs some more love!
I've had some misadventures with it, including sudden screeching noise in the middle of flac tracks, but that has been fixed now.
It's nice being able to play flac tracks on your ipod. - Rockbox needs some more love!

mooonstar rated 3 months ago- From the page: "Rockbox is an open source firmware for mp3 players, written from scratch." Really amazing stuff.

Leksii rated 4 months ago- I need this when I get a new ipod!

eddieosh rated 5 months ago- Wow!

JoeBenutzer rated 5 months ago- Haven't used it yet myself, but from what I've seen, it makes a nice replacement for most MP3 player software.

g3nt00r rated 5 months ago- great project!!!

FlameWarrior rated 7 months ago- This firmware turns an mp3 player into a portable media center. It's very easy to use (and only moderately difficult to install) and allows you to play games, view and play new filetypes (such as OGG, FLAC, and JPEG), use custom themes, play audio without gaps, have more control over playback options, and do many other things.
