But just because your best friend's cousin lost 20 pounds by drinking hot-peppered lemonade doesn't mean you should do the same. These 25 diets are not only ridiculous, they're ineffective and even dangerous.

ajbarnes rated 8 months ago- So true. Diets don't work. Eating healthy, exercising...properly, getting plenty of sleep, and drinking drinking plenty of ice cold water would do the trick faster than any diet.
TElmgren rated 7 months ago- I loathe fad diets! Why can't people accept that the only REAL way to lose weight effectively is to eat less and move more. Sigh.
LeanneMagraith rated 8 months ago- Here is just a small sample of stupid diets. Diets are so wrong. Lifestyle changes rather than temporary "diets" is the key to long term weight loss.

- Interesting. The most naturally ways to diet is to exercise couple with healthy eating and living habits. It is one on-going process and takes a lot of determination. Personally for myself, I do jogging about 3 times a week and I control the kind of food that I put into my mouth (of cos, I do enjoy my fair bit of ice-cream, chocolate etc) and I cut down on tidbits. A few article which I read before that may be good for a reading: http://wisdomnet.blogspot.com/2008/02/3-powerful-weight-loss-tips.html, http://wisdomnet.blogspot.com/2007/12/10-tips-to-lose-weight.html, http://wisdomnet.blogspot.com/2007/05/enough-with-unnatural-weight-loss.html and http://wisdomnet.blogspot.com/2007/01/how-to-loose-weight-safe-way-by-steve.html
karebear5891 rated 8 months ago- The only thing I sort of disagree with here is the apple cider vinegar. It shouldn't be used for the purpose of just diet, but it actually helps with a lot of health issues. For me, I take apple cider vinegar b/c it a) helps my insomnia, and b) helps with my potassium deficiency.
