Fast food have nothing to do with healthier meals. It's either one or another.

From the page: Replace the burger patty with a lump of shredded soy-based plastic sprinkled with nutrasweet and genetically modified mouse fetuses. That way, you can still eat a wheelbarrowload of burgers like you usually do, but still feel healthy.

Good advice over all. Except for the part about diet drinks. Just get used to drinking tap water already. Throw a lemon in it if you have to but stay the hell away from artificial sweeteners. And corn syrup for that matter. If the human trials pan out like the tests on mice than artificial sweeteners will soon be exposed for the lie that they are. The mice got fatter by the way. A lot fatter. Bottom line is diet drinks and other artificially sweetened crap will make you fat.

Number 7. Wait for medical science to advance so that they can replace your stupid fucking Cornish pastie of a brain that popped out this morning when you were straining on the toilet.

I don't eat fast food too often. But for the next time(s) that I do, I will be sure to both keep this particular article in mind and choose accordingly.

this is so gross. 1000 calories in a shake? why do people still eat this shit?

What rot. We need a healthier food supply based on healthy ingredients, choosing 'low-fat' chemical concoctions does not help with weight-loss. Especially if low-fat means high-sugar. More misinformation...

From the page: "Don't settle for what comes with your sandwich or meal. Ask for healthier options and substitutions. For example, ask for reduced-fat mayonnaise or mustard on your sandwich. Or at a fast-food Mexican restaurant, request salsa with your meal instead of shredded cheese and nacho cheese sauce. Try to avoid special dressings, tartar sauce, sour cream and other high-calorie condiments." oh i so disagree, if you ask for the "healthier" stuff (which, in a fast food does not exist - everything is not healthy) you don't eat fast food anymore, it's just crap. either eat the whole thing with the fats and a ton of mayo or have veggies. there is no "in between" when it comes to burgers.
