WASHINGTON (Reuters) - Voters in two Vermont towns on Tuesday approved a measure that would instruct police to arrest President George W. Bush and Vice President Dick Cheney for "crimes against our Constitution," local media reported.
I don't think it can happen but I'd pay big bucks just to see some cop try it.

The nonbinding, symbolic measure, passed in Brattleboro and Marlboro in a state known for taking liberal positions on national issues, instructs town police to "extradite them to other authorities that may reasonably contend to prosecute them."" This is just a symbolic measure by a small community council presumably to influence large community city councils to do likewise elsewhere...New York City for example.

If Bush or Cheney ever step foot in Vermont, it will be a test to see if Vermont actually follows through with their resolutions ...
