- There used to be such a thing as a SPOILED vote. It had to be counted and represented just what our Gourmet Pollster was saying....NO CONFIDENCE in the system. If enough votes are spoiled they must change the system....mustnt they?? Does anyone know if this still applies anywhere??

Police in Naples said they had charged the 41-year-old businessman with destroying election materials. He said all Italian politicians and politics "are crap" and that he was protesting "against the system." That's awesome!!!
