"Mistakes are always possible, but we will try to find who was responsible and hold them to account so it doesn't happen again." I have a 4 year old. I cannot imagine someone coming to me and telling me that I have the wrong child. The second family especially has my sympathy. They didn't even suspect anything was wrong, they just loved their son. Can you imagine? After loving a child for 4 years, to be sending him off to someone else to raise? The bad thing is that there's no any way to have a happy outcome to this. And you have to love the government response: Mistakes are always possible...?!?
