Cute!!! And no, it's not necessarily about pedophiles. The cartoon people are anime, and this sort of situation happens often in japanese anim/manga, so i'm sure to the person it's not weird.

Not funny, not impressive, and YES they do look like children. One of the reasons I avoid anime/manga freaks... They are creepy.
