With over 200 patents, it is a shame that he didn't receive more credit for his work when he was alive. But at least he is receiving some credit now.

Nikola Tesla was the closest thing to a mad scientist we'll ever have. he you known to come up with an idea for a machine, build it, then turn it on and have it work, without ever writing anything down on paper. he build a device that caused an earthquake in New York! he's an amazing person who doesn't get enough credit.
