"We are in the midst of a fierce struggle involving blood and fire, a life and death struggle with the Dalai clique," he told a meeting of local leaders." ======= Dalai Lama- in all his grace, is trying to stick to his middle path. A commie's view may be immaterial, at least from veracity 's yardstick, but the way some pro-Tibet people are now giving him a re-look is interesting. Seems the biggest (and maybe only) calamity of this uprising is going to be him. Maybe, like Gandhi he should wage the non-violent battle on the very land it is for--in Tibet,in person. that would be a brave act. ======
