Who are Generation Y and what do they expect? If you haven't figured it out yet, you should read this.

An absolutely incredible article about how the world is changing- and you and your company need to adapt to accommodate it.

Thumbs down for the usage of Justin Long to depict Gen Yers.

some interesting thoughts. Advertising is something that definitely must change. They are burdens, eyesores, and bathroom breaks now. F3nr1L, hell yeah! damn those selfish baby boomers (notice i didn't say all baby boomers, i said the selfish ones. I like my grandparents).

I suppose I'm part of Generation Y. Everything in this article is more or less true. We're significantly different than the previous generation (some more than others), and infinitely superior. Cater to us now, and then cater to the next generation when it comes time-- we won't be asses like the Baby Boomer generation and expect you to cater to our sorry asses when we're old, like we're doing now. Oh, and I expect my incoming traffic to quadruple just from this review, not to mention getting at least three nasty reviews and two cruel messages. Get on it, offended old people and those that think I'm being unappreciative.

Read it carefully and keep an eye when your cognitive dissonance takes over. A lot of crap with a few grains of truth. Read with caution and an open mind.
