What if the people working at Twitter Inc. aren't using the service the way many of its power users are, though?

This article is symptomatic of how some people have become so infused into Twitter that their deep and worryingly pedantic over analysis testifies more to their desire to add serious and notable attributes to Twitter, to help make credible and justify their own habitual overuse, rather than highlight genuine concerns of any real importance. Twitter simply will not and cannot supplant the telephone, or any other qualified, tried & tested means of ubiquitous mass communication. Why? Because it's an incredibly limited, vulnerable and relatively complex service that is more like an ancient primitive cousin to Facebook's status than utility.
