Ssssh, it's a secret! We don't want those kids to hear about it. From the page: "[StumbleUpon] just passed 7 million users according to the site. That's about 50% bigger than Twitter, though Stumble is rarely talked about and never promoted."

Love Stumbleupon, but sure don't like the new version. Too much to go through to make a review.

Feb. 09 - What's got a button to push, knows how to make money while changing the world and is read all over? StumbleUpon! The social discovery network, like Pandora for webpages and videos, just passed 7 million users according to the site. That's about 50% bigger than Twitter, though Stumble is rarely talked about and never promoted.

I only wonder about SU's ability to scale. Are the 8M members active every day? Does everyone of their web connects go through SU?

I really feel that it's the SU community that really makes it work.

I had no idea about this. And the thing is, I like how SU doesn't promote itself. It reminds me of what Facebook was like before they decided to make a shitload of money and open it up past just college networks.
