I had purchased about 20 Dell computers for various companies and myself back when they were good. The product itself has turned into total crap over the last 3 years, and the service is unbelievably bad -- but then how could it not be considering what kind of garbage they produce while still having to stay in business. I would love to find out one day what it was that put them in the toilet, because it wasn't always like that.
