- I wonder if one could apply this over the standard "black" or black and grey. Even if one couldn't, it'd still make for some super bad ass tattoos.

- Now that's a tatoo I could really go for. Most tatoos I avoid cause there's too much of a chance that in a few years it wont be cool anymore. A UV ink blacklight tatoo though, that's off tha wall.
