This is a great starting point but unfortunately, many people that read this (that are not already vegetarians) will likely believe that these points aren't grounded in facts (many of them are) and will further tune them out as statements from the fanatical environmental and health conscious.

The "2500 gallons of water to make 1 pound of meat" thing isn't true, and seeing the way animals are treated in modern farms should be enough for anyone to stop eating meat.
