I can't say I'm terribly surprised. I believe this sort of thing is inevitable whenever you give any group of people blanket authority over another. The militarization of local cops in the U.S. is a serious problem. The mindset it encourages is demonstrably dangerous to the health and safety of citizens. Never in the framers worst nightmares...but then we've pretty much dispensed with that document, eh?

After the disasterous events before and after Hurricane Katrina, it is almost unbelievable that any government agency would be violating the homes and liberties of American citizens this way. All it is going to take before this becomes another national nightmare (instead of the very bad dream it is now) is for a single citizen to exercise their very real right to defend their home and shoots one of the intruders. And while any person whose house is being violated has every right to shoot these intruders, the national liberal propaganda mouthpieces (aka mainstream media) will finally be up in arms, but not for the severe violations of liberty by these home invasions. From the page: "No warrant, no knock home invasions are being carried out on the flimsy pretext of "checking for structural damage" as cops harass and threaten with arrest people who refuse to have their homes ransacked by thugs in uniforms."

It's Katrina all over again, they are gearing up for the complete domination of the public. The enemy wears the uniform of our so called protectors. Its time to rise up in anger it put the government back in its place, or form a new one!
