Looked up csrss.exe process on this site and it said it was a dangerous process and stop it right away. I could not stop the process. Thank heavens it is an important process and your operating system needs it. The information on this site is not accurate and is a ploy to get you to download their software. You can get a free one at sysinternals.com, but why not just use the one with the operating system?
