Krun rated 13 months ago- I am grateful to the animals that gave their lives so that we may live.

Anarcharnate rated 15 months ago- This is a very important movement, and one we should all support.

buddakist rated 28 months ago- While I agree that extremism is not a solution, (in resepect to the Animal Rights Activists) I completely disagree with the premise that Humans must morally and ethically come above other animals. While it is true that Animal Research was needed to get as far as we have come today with regards to knowledge of biology and technology in the scientific field in general. Sqrl101 claims Animal testing is needed for science to progress. This is false. As a bio-medical researcher, this is my field and this is my life. I am fully aware that there are many alternatives to animal testing they are just more difficult and require more intellingence and energy to approach. Why is it that as a society we are unwilling to put more energy into ACTUALLY furthering scientific research instead of just doing the same thing we've done for hundreds of years? Sadly the points made by this organization have no scientific grounds.

digitaltoast rated 29 months ago- Whether you agree with the aims of Pro-Test or not, it's about time we had a little debate and democracy in amongst the mindless thuggery that has defined the animal testing debate until now.
