11/30/04: Interesting news but a little paranoid at times (at least more paranoid than I am). 4/20/05: "Smile. You're on candid cop camera.. Despite continued growth in the number of traffic cameras, opposition has cropped up in state legislatures from Hawaii to Virginia." 6/1/05: "Majority Of Second-Hand Hard Drives Still Have Data. Although more users seem to be wiping hard drives before selling them as second-hand, seven out of 10 disks examined still contain data that can be reconstructed." 7/11/05: "TUBE passengers are to have their bodies scanned by machines that see through clothing in an attempt to prevent further terrorist attacks. The millimetre wave imagers will be used to carry out random checks as people enter stations after services resume today."
