RobinEdgar rated 16 hours ago- Unfortunately walking barefoot just isn't very practical in modern society, and I sure wouldn't want to go through a Canadian winter barefoot. . . Still one might want to go barefoot more often on those occasions where it is possible to do so.

Phildo916 rated 10 days ago- People always expect an explanation when i mention this fact. This photo would make a great card to show people.

BradHart2 rated 3 weeks ago- cool photo

Bizzlefrits rated 6 weeks ago- Long time use of shoes does an untold amount of damage to your body from the ground up. I'm very interested in these Vivos.

rumplesmigskin rated 6 weeks ago- Interesting in places, but essentially a long advertisement for shoes. No thank you.

MrPopo rated 7 weeks ago- The amusing thing about this article is how the writer uses quite a bit of artful prose to make you forget common sense. When the first human wrapped leather and hides around his/her feet, he didn't do it to undermine years of evolution. He did it to protect his feet. Show me a shoe that hurts worse than having a shard of metal/glass/rock stuck in the bottom of your foot or a broken toe.
And before you chime in with a mighty "I don't know where you live, but I've never seen any broken glass in my home." Think back to the last time you stubbed your toe. Hurt like a bitch right. Why is it no one ever remembers stubbing their toes while wearing shoes? If anything shoes would weigh down your feet and make you less able to avoid obstacles not more. Even the crappiest most outrageous footwear is better at soaking damage from the environment than the humble foot.- The amusing thing about this article is how the writer uses quite a bit of artful prose to make you forget common sense. martig rated 8 weeks ago- Here's another example: If you wear high heels for a long time, your tendons shorten--and then it's only comfortable for you to wear high heels. One saleswoman I spoke to at a running-shoe store described how, each summer, the store is flooded with young women complaining of a painful tingling in the soles of their feet--what she calls "flip-flop-itis," which is the result of women's suddenly switching from heeled winter boots to summer flip-flops. This is the shoe paradox: We've come to believe that shoes, not bare feet, are natural and comfortable, when in fact wearing shoes simply creates the need for wearing shoes.
