The Satisfaction of My First Google Check

Hey everybody, before it disappears into the archives, here's a picture of me with my first Google check: ping.fm/KqBbm Along with a couple paragraphs of commentary on how I got it and what it meant to me. I was pretty excited to see that hard work eventually pays off with Google.

Just forget of my first hundred. I am waiting for the first million check!!! Damien my friend you never cease to amaze me - I wish I had half of your determination :) Some how "congratulations" feels not enough but here it goes: YOU DID IT - CONGRATULATIONS!!!

Oh my this is so damn easy to relate to. It's funny, I actually get excited on days where I see more than one click. I usually call for the wife, "Honey we made 64 cents today!"

Getting those google minimums is hard work. I can certainly appreciate the satisfaction about getting paid, but I would recommend that to the extent being well compensated for your efforts is a goal to remember to work smarter not harder in the future. May the next hundred come faster than the first.
