- Found this while digging through a300mech's blog. He is right, I miss the rain. There is just something so soothing about a good rain. Beautiful. Peaceful. Reminds me to clean my house or read a book. I also miss the fresh smell of a spring rain. There is nothing quite like it.

- How well I know this place. I worked for years in the tall whitish building in the center. This scene stirs my memory of a typical evening of working late during winter, when days are much shorter. It would be dark by the time I left my office, to walk out into shiny, rain-slick streets reflecting headlight beams, street lights, and neons. The air would be cool but fresh. For me, this picture carries a deep sense of truth because it captures my memory in every detail, as if I'm there again, walking down the street, gently cowering from the rain. Makes me feel kinda homesick.
