Shit--Hey Rudy! How do I get New York taxpayers to pay for MY extramarital affairs? Man...cheating on your wife is expensive but when you cheat on the mistress as well--it's bloody murder...how can I access your gravy train? Or is this an issue of class warfare--the "haves" get to pillage the public treasure, but the "have nots" only get to contribute to it?
