TheChangeling rated 4 months ago- From the page: \"That\'s right: Oh-fishul. As in, this here\'s the swampy sector of the Internet, a place devoted to the legendary American comic strip created by Walt Kelly. We have facts and funnies and faqs, all about a strip consistently voted one of the Best of All Time and the fascinating folks who inhabited it. So pull up a tree stump and browse about the place.\"

montagheald rated 5 months ago- The official site of one of the all time best comic strips ever.

mugwump rated 14 months ago- the best comic strip ever.

FranStein rated 17 months ago- I loved POGO, but had a hard time finding the strip in local newspapers even in its heyday. You can bet I'm spending a lot of time here from now on!

JCness rated 28 months ago- Pogo was great. It along with Lil Abner were truly socially conscious with out being preachy.

Merry rated 33 months ago- I've adored Pogo since I first found the books my Mom had, at about age 8. Glad to see he's still around.

fivecats rated 52 months ago- The official Walt Kelly "Pogo" website. Walt Kelly was a master of the artform, giving his characters very distinct personalities, and helped to demonstrate them via different (hand-drawn) fonts. Pogo was one of the first and best strips that took on the political issues of the day and influenced a generation of comic strip artists. If you don't know Pogo, spend some time getting to know him and the other residents of the Okefenokee Swamp.
