    Pogo is a really good place to go and relax when you are having a bad day. Pogo has been around for several years and as part of EA Games they are starting to be more widely known. If a person has issues with the games themselves they have an excellent help site and are quick to get any problems resolved. 1) As a club member of Pogo for the last 4-5 years I find that contacting them for help with my membership is an easy thing to do although I must admit it took a little bit of work to find a contact number for them. The number that I used was (650)628-1500 8a-5p PST for Pogo or the EA Games 24-hour number which can also be used was (866)543-5435, and I found that each time I called the people that I spoke with were pleasant to talk to and very helpful with all kinds of issues that might come up. 2) I am presently using Firefox as well as Google Chrome to play on the Pogo site and I am not having any problems with loading or playing any of the games. I make sure that I keep my Java up to date which also helps out with loading and playing the games. 3) The only real difference between the free Pogo site and Club Pogo site is that as a club member I have access to more great games, the benefit of a messaging center which is only available as a club member, and of course I get to work on the weekly badges which I am addicted to. (I am an avid badge collector and must have them all!!!!) As a member, I highly recommend Pogo to anyone wanting to make new friends and have a lot of fun while doing so, whether the choice is a free member or club member. If the choice is as a free member have no fear, you can still chat in the game rooms to ALL Pogo members (free and club). The other nice thing about Pogo is that you don't have to be a club member if you don't want to as there are a lot of free games available to people who don't want, or can't afford the club price although it works out to about $3.50 a month Canadian. There are options for the club membership as well that give you the choice of payments: monthly, tri-monthly or yearly which a lot of other gaming sites don't offer, and they also have the option of paying for club membership using PayPal (I use every year!) or credit card (I don't own). My first year that I signed up for Club Pogo I was able to send them a check in the mail for my membership so it is a very easy gaming site to belong to when they make themselves that readily available to the public. 4) I also like the weekly badge feature as it is a fun way to get to know more people while playing for the badges. If a person needs some help on understanding a game or wants to just sit and watch to learn one of the table games there are many members club or free that will help out. 5) Pogo issues new games about every 4-5 months usually and also features a beta testing session that is open to the public for applications. I have been a Pogo beta tester twice now and enjoy it very much. I really like this offer from Pogo to the public as it makes a person feel as though they are not only playing the games but are also able to help in the developing stage as well which doesn't happen on other free gaming sites. Many of the games are very addicting as well which is a good way to pass the time! I have a lot of fun meeting new people this way and it is a lot easier to start a conversation with someone new if you are both playing the same game! My pogo name is carandy6371.     Pogo is the best place for games anywhere! My name on there is RNRRT and I am on there often. The yearly fee is what I would spend on a cheap night out and I get a year of fun. I highly recommend it.

    I could rattle on about Pogo forever. Fun games, cool graphics and cool minis (avatars) that are a lot of fun to play with. On top of that, I have made friendships with sweet people who are irreplaceable. Completely addicting :) BTW - my pogo name is mcccmu

    extremely addictive online games. when i get time i come on and play some blackjack, although i wish i had more time, since there is an immensely huge number of games to play on here.

    This site is just plain awful. I'm really surprised to see such glowing reviews after experiencing the following serious issues: 1. Most of the games require using Internet Explorer. Why such discrimination? I don't have Windows and am running Linux Ubuntu. Their inability to be smart enough to create games across browsers is enough reason - alone - to give the site a zero. 2. When I tried to edit my profile, it asked me what my favorite TV shows are. To my dismay, the good clean family show, The Dick Van Dyke Show was edited out! That is what is wrong with absolute censorship. There should be an approval process when the words are legitimate. In any case you can see for yourself because I'm magnoliasouth there too. 3. When I tried to contact them with a complaint about these issues, I discovered that there is absolutely NO way to contact them at all. If for some reason I missed it and there is a way, then they still lose points because it isn't easily found. I'm no newb to the web. 4. They actually want you to pay for their "club" when you can't even contact them! They have got to be out of their minds if they are going to get one cent from me.Nope. I think I'll just stick with Yahoo games for now... or at least until Yahoo goes bankrupt. I sure hope Pogo goes bankrupt first though. I'm tagging this one awful AND stupidity for obvious reasons.
