    Personally, I think day 14 of the 21 day process is a little early to call it "life-changing." Anything short of several months or years later is probably quite premature really. That said, thumbs up for applying Maltz to life.

    Since I haven't read the book I can't be sure, but I don't think this author captured the essence of Maltz's thoughts with this post. It's an interesting look into developing new, healthy habits, but this isn't life changing material. Most people realize that anything worthwhile takes time and that change cannot and will not be instantaneous.
