Just because the litterati on SU might not find this--or similar sites--interesting doesn't mean others might not find them both interesting and useful reference sites. This is where I show my true literary bent (sarcasm in stereo where available), and say: QQ more. Got something you... more

I like the concept of this, but I have to say I would never sit down to read a 400 page pdf. I can barely get through a 3 page pdf. If I'm going to read an e-book it has to be portable.

I know I've said before that I don't HAVE to comment, but in this case, I feel the need to say this: there are many sites that have free E-books based on actual classic content. We don't need to be filling the StumbleUpon database in the literature category with sites like these when one can simply do a google search for free classic literature e-books. It's a waste of their bandwidth, and every time I stumble one of these pages, unless they have a unique design, such as one I found earlier, I'm not interested. So please, don't waste my and (more importantly) others' time by adding such sites to the database. If you've got something of interest, then by all means contribute it. But most of us stumbling the books category are likely interested in more modern works, for the most part. We've got enough sites like this, thank you. It only takes one site before it'll eventually get stumbled upon by someone. If I find anything of interest, I contribute. But most of the internet is the same thing described a million different ways.

How many of the same collection do we need? Okay, I get it. The classics are free. Did we need to set up a billion websites offering the same damn books?
