Good directions on how to make an omelet. Mine turned out pretty well. I hate eggs that are runny on the inside, and this method gets them cooked all the way through.

Indeed, what sceptic wrote. DO NOT brown the outside. DO NOT BROWN. It'll taste much better. Try it.

A good explanation and nicely illustrated - if you want to make a turkey pancake that is. Some tips for a real omelette:

*A 3 egg omelette takes about 2 minutes.
*Do not add milk.
*Forget "swirling" - stir it with the back of a fork for the first 20-30 secs.
*It should be runny on the inside.
*It should NOT be browned on the outside.
*It should be folded into 3, not in half (keeps it moist and presents it nicely).
*Keep it simple. Some cheese or nice herbs or veg or whatever you like - but 4/5 fillings at once is overkill and will mask the eggs. An omelette is about the eggs after all....

This has some really great tips for making a perfect omelette... I don't know how many times I've broken the egg when folding it over or getting it out of the pan.

Apparently you aren't supposed to flip the egg. Imagine that. Guess what's for breakfast tomorrow morning!

Hahahaha....I'm laughing because the one time when I tried to make an omelete, the only thing I did right was to get some eggs and cheese and put 'em in a pan. According to this, I screwed up every other step along the way.
