AretiDan rated 3 months ago- If an electron was a pixel on your screen, this is how a proton would look. Remember to scroll horizontally to see both the electron and the distance between them

Sirtalksalot rated 4 months ago- Great explanation of proton/electron relationship.

- Is it just me or is that proton just a picture of neptune?

ThisIsNotKasker rated 6 months ago- It is good to know I'm more than 99% nothing.

markchenjd rated 7 months ago- A scale depiction of a hydrogen atom, illustrating the empty space between the proton and electron. Basically, everything we think is solid matter is really over 99.99% empty space. My understanding is that things 'feel' solid because of electromagnetic repulsion between the electrons and protons.

raikiri86 rated 7 months ago- an electron and a proton... to scale... O_O;;

FlamingMetroidzd rated 10 months ago- I knew there was space, but this really puts it in perspective.

flection rated 10 months ago- Makes my head spin...:)
