 BluePeriphery rated 4 months ago- In grade school several of us on the playground started rumors with similar results. One was that a guy in a van was taking pictures of kids. Soon kids were spotting this guy every recess. The school started interviewing kids and set up parent patrols along the back fence. But ninjas, thats just brilliant.
