- It's hard to have to explain to clients over and over again that what they are paying for a design service is not that expensive as they think :(

- The guy's not a pro, but makes some good points.

- Don't spend so much time justifying it. It's a skill that they can't do, and that takes years to learn. Compare with any other skilled profession and its utterly reasonable. I pay my lawyer multiples of that for work that frankly borders on the obvious.
