* Download and save PasteCopy.exe
* From the file menu, add at least one category
* Now you copy some text using Ctrl+C or right mouse button
* Select one of the categories you created in Paste Copy, and click "Add Clipboard to Selected Category...

* Once you have added all phrases, you click on a phrase and it will be copied to the clipboard
* Finally you paste the phrase somewhere, using Ctrl+V or right mouse-click
