From the page: "Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani outlined a series of economic proposals that he said would amount to the largest tax cut ever during an afternoon campaign appearance that had to be moved because of a bomb threat. Combining proposals he had made earlier in the campaign, Giuliani today called for extending the 2001 and 2003 tax cuts that are set to expire in a few years, eliminating estate taxes, cutting capital gains tax rates, lowering the corporate tax rate from 35 percent to 25 percent and phasing out the Alternative Minimum Tax. He also called for a voluntary income tax simplification plan that would give filers the option of filling out a single-page tax form and pay at rates of 10, 15 and 30 percent. "I believe in supply-side economics," Giuliani said."
