Linux looks more appealing every day. In the end, Micro$oft are just shooting themselves in the foot, as it's only a matter of time before every right minded person who owns a computer decides "sod this", and moves to linux, mac, or anything but windoze.

Yes!!! Can we crack office too?? No way am I upgrading to Vista. I had skipped 98 and ME, time to skip Vista and whatever else comes next until there is a solid version of the WinFS concept.

If I'm not mistaken, Microsoft can allow you to do anything they want with their own software; crack it, smoke it, sell it, etc. It is shocking that they would recommend a crack. Maybe the crack has a root kit? When XP stops providing updates I will jump ship to Google OS.

Microsoft Customer Service advised this guy to crack Vista
