They warm you up to the more difficult parts, which helps if you have a weak stomach. I especially like the parts where they show the people stuffing face on thier breaks.
Overall, I say B+
After about an hour, even with incrementally increasing gore, I grew bored and wished each scene had been just a few seconds tighter. I suppose it takes me that long to get completely desensitized and wanting to duck into the bar next door.
