Not sure about the cooling issues, however if it were to be optimised for streaming video it would be a great addition as a media portal... Plug in your Future VideoDome and away you go.

I'd LOVE this for my living room plugged into my HDTV. It'd be great for web browsing and watching random Flash videos.

Practical? Absolutely not, but a PC that can be plugged into your wall gives me the warm fuzzies.
