wedesoft rated 10 months ago- Linux-phone with free software. By the time this thing reaches the market there will be tons of GPL software available for it. I think you should be able to connect a bluetooth keyboard to it and start writing software on it straight away ;)

It's an initiative of extreme importance for the entire world, in these days of corporate greed and users being abused and deprived from their freedoms. Unfortunately, at a first sight it seems the all the software projects are at a very very preliminary stage.
