    Before I saw the light, back in the days when I used a pc (like a few months ago), I used SmartDraw for process mapping. Now that I'm on a Mac, I'm looking for a new process mapping tool and OmniGraffle is the best I've seen. I met the creator at MacWorld and he is really into it and improving it. I anticipate downloading it soon.
