- From the page: "They say that allowing husbands to challenge paternity, even for cause, puts children at risk of being deprived of the emotional, financial and moral support provided to them by their legal fathers." It's the money, stupid. Emotional and moral support are silly frills.

ihaveavianflu rated 2 weeks ago- No one ever stops to think about that child.
...and yes, Pennsylvania is stupid. Anyone who doesn't live here, don't come. People come here and their soul slowly dies, it's an awful place.- No one ever stops to think about that child.

darklord5907 rated 3 weeks ago- She could possibly not know him, or not know him well. The mother could be telling her anything about who he is, and where she freeloads her money from. Also, get the original father if you don't want to punish the girl. The mother is a bitch. End of story. Also, PA is fucking stupid and all the sexism in laws today is over the top.

tsula rated 3 weeks ago- My only qualm about this man's stance speaks thus: Even though he is not the girl's biological father, he is still effectively punishing the girl for sins that are not hers to bear. All of this has to have killed that girl's self esteem, seeing as how the only positive male figure in her life is fighting like hell to disassociate himself with her. That...sucks.

cwlodarczyk rated 3 weeks ago- From the page: "MILLVILLE - After a 15-year wait and at least $10,000 in child-support payments, Mark Spaid was thrilled to be going in for a DNA test. In 1992, Pennsylvania courts declared him the legal father of his wife's infant daughter even though he knew he was sterile, having had a vasectomy more than two years before the birth. "
