@cjwj: which release? I've seen some nice liquid/particle physics stuff by Fairlight but I don't recall seeing any cloth-type physics...

seen this in a demoscene release, in software. No shadercode, no pre-rendering, just realtime calculation. Now, looking at what nvidia insinuates here, this is cutting edge technology. Supposedly only on their hardware. The funny thing is, this could be done right now, on any half baked nvidia geforce / ati radeon / name your vendor card with crappy shader 2.0 gpu's, in realtime, with decent framerate, and lots of added bonuses.
