Actually, some bloggers calculate that the AP owes them over $100,000. That is, if you use the AP's logic-defying terms of content usage.

It took an event such as this for me to take the side of blogging in general. blt might notice some irony since these comments are included in our own SU blogs. I'm betting that somewhere out there, a GreaseMonkey script and/or AdBlock+ filter is being circulated in order to ban AP content.
