I don't care where you stand on this issue, this is absolutely disgusting, and the karma coming to that judge, and those involved, will be titanic in proportions! In the name of humanity,

From the page: "A 27-year-old quadriplegic man sentenced to serve ten days in a Washington, DC jail on charges that he possessed a minor amount of marijuana died while in custody last week due to inadequate health care, including prison officials' failure to provide him with a ventilator."

I seriously hope the Judge lost his job for acting like such a moralist asshole, and sentencing him to his death, pointlessly. There was no reason for sentencing a paralyzed man for using Marijuana. Who the HELL could he Possibly harm by his actions??? Certainly not because he said he'd continue to use it. Why is that wrong? This judge probably thought he was morally above the poor guy, and thus had to punish him for using Marijuana. As if the job of the law was to enforce the private-life morality of individuals. I seriously hope this fuckwad lost his job... But I hope even more that this event haunts him for the rest of his days, knowing he sentenced him to death, his actions killed a sick paralyzed man. Totally regardless of recreational use, If you're sick, dying, or otherwise crippled for life, You should have the Right, to use Marijuana to ease your pain, not only physical pain, but mental, depression, or otherwise. They deserve it for what they have to live with.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
I fucking hate these assholes and their 'war'
Fuckers like this make me sick to my stomach.

Even if the guy (which they failed to mention) had a gun and cocaine AND if he was a complete asshole to the judge he didn't deserve what he got. If I'm not mistaken it's perfectly legal for him to have a gun in the States, so the case is about Coke and Weed and as Bill Hicks famously said "I have taken drugs before and I had a real good time, didn't murder anybody, didn't rob anybody, didn't rape anybody, didn't beat anybody, didn't loose ummmm...one fucking job, laughed my ass off and went about my day"
