The Secrets of the 2008 Campaign Chapter 1 From the page: "This is part one of a seven-part in-depth look behind the scenes of the campaign, consisting of exclusive behind-the-scenes reporting from the McCain and Obama camps assembled by a special team of reporters who were granted year-long access on the condition that none of their findings appear until after Election Day." This seven part series is a fascinating look inside the 2008 campaign. This appears to be what it would've been like to be the proverbial 'fly on wall'!! It's a truly fascinating, must read series!

This series of articles is the best journalism I've seen on the 2008 presidential election, bar none. It's really well-written and absolutely packed with new information. It gives a fresh, unique perspective and shows a human side of the candidates and their staff that never came through quite so strongly during the election. A fascinating read.
