mleis discovered 8 weeks ago- Detailed description of the almost four hours spent with renowned usability expert Steve Krug and just 20 of us.

- This article makes some really good points. A lot of web designers simply do not know how the average person navigates a web page. This has been my experience over the years as an intermediate level user. Sometimes I would go on a web site that was designed to look all flashy and robust, but I could barely find what I was looking for. A simpler layout is more important. Good article.

GabGoldenberg rated 7 weeks ago- Steve Krug presents an awesome session on usability!

AbleReach rated 8 weeks ago- A goldmine of usability notes. From the page: "If the source of the info is really good, like Google, you'll probably spend more time slogging through. You can get away with more if you're the sole source, or have a ton of equity in the space. On the other hand, you lose goodwill on every visit by not giving people exactly what they're looking for. Reactions to bad sites are that the people who made it are dumb, or just don't care."
