mbhunter rated 3 months ago- Hah -- stumbled on a post from my own church's website! :) Check out the rest of the site -- it's a goldmine!

memachelle rated 3 months ago- a beautiful story that shows the power of adults when it comes to children. all a child wants is your time--not the "quality time" that was invented to help belay guilt of parents who are to focused on self. time and understanding--if you can't give that DO NOT become a parent--it's not societies job to rear your children, (yeah, i'm talking to you,you selfish prick.)

- Man looks at the outward appearance but the Lord looks at the heart

pauls2hot4me rated 3 months ago- A sweet little story to inspire you to look past appearances and give your love to those who really need it.

- Nice story, if not incredibly sappy.

MrsA rated 4 months ago- Oh, that more of us could treat folks like this teacher learned to treat her least favorite student.

Rixii rated 4 months ago- The other reviews say Christianity, but Christmas is really only mentioned in passing... Yes, it's a feel-good story, but wouldn't it be nice if teachers today would teach children like that, instead of simply teaching out of books?

sundaysmourning rated 4 months ago- From the page: \"Most people overlook a child\'s heart when it is buried under pain. Take the time to give a wounded child your love and he will learn to love the world. Love is very powerful. Use it\'s power wisely and someone will be the better for it.\" Ordinarily these sugar drenched anecdotes make me sick. This one hits close to home. I was a child with a dead mother and an absentee father. I was pretty much left to my own devices without anyone to talk to or confide in. I am not a better person because of it. Children are people too, something adults often forget.
