Hot Bacon Dressing Salad 1�egg 6�slices�bacon 1/2�cup�slic ed vadalia onion (any sweet onion will work) 1/4�cup�white wine vinegar 1/4�cup�water 1/2�tsp�salt 1/4 tsp black pepper, course ground 4�tsps�white granulated sugar 8�cups�leaf lettuce - washed, dried and torn into bite-sized pieces 6 - 8�radishes, sliced *Hard boil the egg by placing it in a medium pot, cover with cold water and bring to a boil. cook egg for 12 minutes. Cool egg with cold water. peel off shell and and chop. *Place bacon in a large skillet. Cook over medium heat until brown. Drain, crumble and set aside. Save the bacon grease. *Add onions to skillet with the saved bacon grease and cook until tender. Add bacon, vinegar, water, salt, pepper and sugar. Stir and bring to boil. *Place lettuce in a big bowl. Pour hot dressing over and toss well. *Garnish with egg and radishes and serve warm.

Not a *huge* selection of recipes, but some interesting ones (look in the wild game section) and the site is nicely done. It will no doubt grow.
